CDN stands for Component Design Northwest who proudly assert that they are the only company focused solely on time and temperature (well, do you know any others?) and offer the broadest assortment of thermometers and timers on the market. It was founded in 1984 by Richard Murtagh, an engineer by profession and a cook at heart. Intrigued by issues of time and temperature in the kitchen, the business was born and today continues as a growing family enterprise.
The Digital Egg Timers – no, not the old sand variety, but dinky little egg shaped versions with digital faces and available in a variety of colours. Cute.
