Chasseur
- A BIT OF HISTORY
- LOOK OUT FOR
- THE LO-DOWN
Established in 1994 in the heart of the gastronomic Ardennes region of France, Chasseur remains a favourite of Gallic cooks and is found in Michelin-Star restaurants to country kitchens. Chasseur means 'Hunter' in French and conjures up images of rural life and the changing seasons of the table. Durability is a byword for Chasseur – you won’t be replacing this in a hurry! Chasseur’s recipe is very straightforward – take a strong core of cast iron, and apply two coats of colourful enamel. The first coat seals your cookware, protecting it from corrosion, while the second coloured coat not only makes your Chasseur cookware easy to clean – it also gives a rich finish.
The Swiss Fondue sets – whether you’re a 'double dipper' or a 'wrist twister' these Fondue sets are amazing fun and each set comes with 6 dipping forks and burner. Why not have one colour for cheese and another for dipping donuts into molten chocolate mmm.
There are other oven-to-table brands out there, but why pay for other 'brand' names when you can have a great quality product like this? It’s heavy to handle but then it’s a practical brand and meant to be used week-in week-out for years on end.
