With a headquarters in London’s landmark Oxo Tower, Joseph Joseph is the brainchild of twin brothers (the Josephs, no less), who have been hitting the glossies in a big way since the company was launched in 2002. They have featured in the likes of Elle Decoration, The Independent, Homes and Gardens and even Hello.

The Cut & Carve. A clever double sided, multi-functional carving board that has an angled surface to collect all the gubbins you don’t need. There is even a meat grip to assist when carving. Bet you didn’t think you needed one of those.

Subtle these ain’t. Neutral fans won’t go a bomb on the colourful designs – and some of them are enough to make your eyes go funny. But if it’s practicality at great prices you’re after, you won’t go far wrong here.
