So ... we find hundreds of gorgeous things and, like a personal shopper, bring them to your screen in the comfort of your own home (or office, don’t worry we won’t tell). You see something (or many things) you simply must have, you place an order and we ensure it gets to you on time and in one piece.
DELIVERIES
The delivery charge is a flat £4.95 per order, regardless of the size of your order. We only deliver to addresses within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands).
If an item is ‘in stock’ we expect to be able to get it to you within the time specified on the product's page (between 1 and 4 weeks, though it may be sooner).
If you order more than one item and the items ordered have different delivery times, P&T will send them to you as they become available (at no extra cost).
Some orders may be delivered directly to you from Please&Thankyou suppliers. In this case, Please&Thankyou take responsibility for ensuring that your order reaches you in time and is, in all respects, satisfactory.

If you are unhappy with a P&T purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full credit on your P&T account. All you need to do is let us know that you intend to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. There is no charge for returning items but it is your responsibility to get it back to us in mint condition and in the original box (where this applies). Send returned items to Pleaseandthankyou Ltd, Little Barn, High Street, Ripley, Surrey GU23 6BB. If you would like to exchange the purchase for something else, this can be arranged. If the price for the new item is different, you will either be asked to pay the balance or receive a P&T credit for the difference.
PRICING POLICY
Our pricing policy is simple. We sell at either the recommended retail price or at the same price as the John Lewis website - whichever is the lower. We use JLP as our benchmark because they have a great reputation as a retailer that gives you a fair deal. If you buy a P&T product and find it cheaper at John Lewis, we’ll refund the difference, no questions asked.
And please don't hesitate to contact us if you’re not happy, and we promise to find the best way to rectify that. We want you to love your purchase, and we want you to love us too.
