Other sharpeners will make your knives a bit sharper, this one will hone them to that 'new' edge. It’s the diamond coating that does it. Diamond dust is embedded in 8 carbon steel curved ‘fingers’ which flex to ensure that the blade is always ground to the optimum 20 degree angle.
