If you want to bring a little zing to your china collection without investing in a whole new dinner service, here’s the way to do it.

These sets of plates, bowls and dishes, from large to tiny, are finest porcelain but have that ‘use everyday’ look about them - and price!

Prettier, more exclusive and better quality than Emma B (and we don’t mean Bunton) these will turn your plain white dinner service into place settings with real character and can still be used for cornflakes in your jim-jams.

They also come beautifully boxed, in sets of 4, which makes them lovely gifts and ensures that you get invited back to use them.

These are designed by Rosanna, who lives in Seattle, but whose inspiration, of course, is European, mainly Italian. She has been producing gorgeous porcelain for 20 years and has won many awards, including Gift of the Year in 2005.

The Italiana range can be mixed and matched with the Farmers Market range which gives you lots of scope to get most of a dinner service or just a few accent pieces.

There’s no need to ask what the inspiration for her Kings Road tea service was! We’re not sure about the following it will attract over here, but Americans go mad for it.

To tempt you even further, there’s 20% off the retail price for the next month. Buon apetito!
